It is not bad, but I probably wouldn't put Caramunich III in it next time. I would probably go with a small amount of darker Munich instead. It is a little too crystally. My first experiment with a dark wheat beer, and I learned something.

Partial mash Sunfire golden ale. With the haziness and bite from the kveik this is definitely on the session IPA side and not golden ale. It's tasty. I took a growler to family dinner last night and got really good feedback. Not bad for less than 4 hours work

I took the girlfriend for a bucket of raw oysters last week. The Stella they had was much better than the other stuff. Stella works when there isn't craft beer around, and it sure as hell beats Bud and Miller.
