That's basically what I do my roaster taught me a trick that I do now. Not sure why he said something about extraction and "cleaner" cup
You steep with 1/2 the water overnight then add the rest of the fres water when you serve.
It's kind of like an Americano
Sort of like a concentrate?

I think the flavors are a bit less muddled
I guess it depends on your pallet
My wife says I have sensitive taste buds
She eats to much hot and spicy food so I tell her she's blown her palet
I’ve done it quite a bit where I have to top off, but not that much. I’ll see what I can do next batch

From earlier. I was far enough south to go down near Disney and get some very good Togo ribs too. The first is a blueberry sour. Normally,
not my thing, but this one is good. The other is a session hazy.
Caffeine I speculate.

coffee is more than caffeine like beer is more than alcohol
I thought was some type of process like a triple shot espresso poured over redbull or something

Ooooooh. I have become a Samuel Smith fan. Haven’t had that porter yet. I just recently had the Tadcaster Stout. That stuff will make ya slap yer tongue for having too much fun.

First pour of my latest lager. I took my Helles, dropped the gravity a smidge, added some caramunich and put half the hops in later in boil. This is quite tasty will clear up pretty young yet The tettnang is really setting this one off. This is the batch I did a double mash. I think that gave me more color and probably character since the wort form mash 1 got extra burner time
