Death wish brand coffee. I steep it in the fridge overnight and have a few days worth of cold brew coffee.

That's basically what I do my roaster taught me a trick that I do now. Not sure why he said something about extraction and "cleaner" cup

You steep with 1/2 the water overnight then add the rest of the fres water when you serve.
It's kind of like an Americano

Exactly really
I think the flavors are a bit less muddled
I guess it depends on your pallet
My wife says I have sensitive taste buds
She eats to much hot and spicy food so I tell her she's blown her palet

Same thing with IPA beer really just end up not being able the taste the nuance it a lot of beers
