"Quality control"-ing our double IPA at a fancy seafood place in town. The beer was great, the salmon dip was all cream cheese lol

The beer looks fantastic I bet it tastes as good as it looks!

A credit to you and your team at the brewery.

I was peckish and all I good find for immediate eating was a pack of olives
And they just go so much better with beer than tea ;)

My Sort of Palm beer

C'mon, I even saw them wave that piece of salmon over the cream cheese with my own two eyes . At least the cheese was completely uncontaminated by fish...

Would be right up my alley if going to the brewery I want to try one of those again at some point with a heavier dose of hops. I went too light on them the last time. Getting a session hazy right sou ds awesome.
Are you asking for the recipe?

The pooch seems to be good at finding a way to photobomb.

@Zambi this is my Gluten Free version of your Quarterly Belgian beer!

It has a great head maybe that tetra hop Gold helped after all.

Yes the aroma and flavours are fruity more clove than bannan and I'm getting maybe pear.
It's got a nice full creamy mouthfeel.

You know what this is the best Belgian beer I've brewed!

Last one was Allan's Maniquin pees

Smelling to me from my duvel experience years ago like a Belgian blonde just more orange in colour.

Cheers
