My first Belgian Dubbel at four and a half months, ABV: 7.5%. Nice and malty at room temperature but the sediment moved a lot (smoothly rather than in bits/lumps). I stuck some in the fridge and this time I get that dried dark fruit thang with the sediment almost completely staying home - absolutely wonderful beer - hats off to the Belgians.
 
Enjoying the hell out of mine too, but I went for something in the mid 6's. The wife found something when she felt good enough to clean a couple of weeks ago. I like drinking out of a mini boot. Shit, the thing won't attach
 
I am drinking the last partial pour of my Red Wheat for Winter. As such, I can now be counted among those who have said that the keg just kicked. Next up in the keg will be my Amber Ale, brewed yesterday. It will be several weeks before that brew is in the keg.
