Well I'm on my Yankee Pankee tonight and I like it - I would say that wouldn't I? - but I think this is my best American Pale Ale (Noseybear may disagree).... I should have made more - I WILL make more.

First official pour of Irish Fling Q4 brew. Needs some more time/carbonation. VERY malty on the nose and in flavor. Well balanced with slight bitterness tho. Hopefully will turn redder with more clarity

Yeah it was catching on the other two so as you put it into surgery it went for a bit of a nip and tuck

Vienna SMaSH, with Sterling hops. (Such a great aroma from these hops!)
Used Deer Creek’s Sweet Liberty (Vienna) malt, so a little visual prop to them.
