Nice line-up! They all look excellent! - Betting they taste even better!
Yup their all very tasty beers
Checking in on the Q2 BFC Beer Syla Strength it's sure cleared up and conditioned nicely.
Subtle Clove and bannan it's pretty clean flavour is sorta sweet caramel type thing with a fruitness.
I bottle conditioned one and tried it before this but it was slightly infected and looked darker maybe oxidized or something
This one above anyhow I was hoping to do a comparison
Maybe just move cold conditioning?
(Saison in the background).
...along with a Boddington's, a Trappiste Rochefort, and ...
Lovely color or I guess I should say colour
That is a nice brew
Elysian Space Dust IPA at Islands, a local Hawaiian surf themed restaurant.
My red lager
Erie Brewing - Derailed Ale
Black Cherry Cream Ale
Nice little summer beer, black cherry is present but not overwhelming, a touch sour. Not sure I get the Cream Ale part, but still very drinkable.
My American Wheat
My American wheat, against an already parched backyard background after a week of near 100F temps in SoCal. My wife and I are looking forward to “greener pastures” in central Oregon.
Yeah it's been sitting in the keezer for two weeks when I opened it it was a good hiss of secondary carbonation and there was some black krausen on the top of the foam in the bottle and there was a slight odd flavour to it.
I mustant of cleaned that bottle right
Man its been a looong time since I brewed a wheat beer actually 2 years my daughter was conceived while a wheat beer was in the keg last lol!
Funny how when a brewer thinks back in time you can link what beer you had on tap to a moment in life...
I finished all my cider
A bit faster than I intended.
Luckily I got another 9 litres in the fermenter.
Plus a 100% pilsner saison.
But both on a diastaticus, so need to wait a bit longer
So today is mosi.
Still trying to keep away from my last bottle of Syla and Saison. They have now aged for a month
Coconut porter almost gone.
This mug kills kegs (any Woody Guthrie fans out there?)
