And here's the pale ale. Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca hops. I probably should've aimed for 35-40 IBUs instead of 45, especially with the dry hops I added

A Chinese liquor. And, judging from the bottle, a higher-end example. I don't read Chinese, but that 12 looks to be in years...

Chinese liquor.......its got its own flavor......kind of like a sweet vodka...... it takes a little getting used to.
its not that expensive but it is a little smoother than the cheap stuff.

Seen a 4 at Liquor barn a while ago. Unfiltered, low alcohol but tastes like their Helles with a little less mouthfeel and lighter on taste
