Same here for lack of conditioning time, but I don't care if it's hazy. BTW, I swapped in Warrior instead of Chinook for bittering this time. Will be kegging tomorrow and drinking by the weekend.

German Alt. First attempt and tastes delicious. Although I’ve never had a German Alt to compare it to. Low bitterness and nice “biscuity” malty backbone. I’m no judge, so that’s the best I can describe it.

S N Narwhal Imperial Stout clone from chico brewer. Not exact copy but very tasty for only 30 days old.

Cervisia - gruited Belgian light ale.

Gruit is sage, rosemary, marjoram. Nice beer! It's clear until I pour it, that rouses a bit of the yeast. It's a session beer at around 4% ABV.

Nautical Star. Guinness Rye Pale Ale kicked just before supper. Just kegged a batch of my house IPA and have PBR and All Day IPA in the fridge, so won't die of thirst before the IPA is ready to drink.
