Drinking “2 weeks brew to glass” IPA. Will clarify and carb a bit more with time, but the hops are fresh and ready to dance.

Yea, I don't cool the tower so the first couple of ounces are pretty much foam. After about 1/2 of the taster the head's just right. Without doing that it's really easy to pull a bunch of foam. The last pic I also just had the pint sitting on top of the keezer so it was close to a foot below the faucet.

Just tapped our favorite IPA. Tastes just like a ruby red grapefruit. It’s a slight variation from Northern Brewer’s Kama Citra.

Had to use the Guinness glass... beer just tastes better in a good glass!

First pour after two days at 35 psi. Now back down to 10 psi.
