Works great too. I built it 25 years ago after reading a book on how to build one. It's a simple gravity feed system with a pump to pump hot water to either the hot liquor tank or the mash tun, directed by a swiveling arm. I can roll it out of my brewhouse onto my covered patio for brewing year 'round. Dead simple and makes great beer.I like you erector set brewing cart!
Hamm's 4 fermenting at 50˚ in dedicated lagering fridge:
5 second places, 4 third places and 2 fourth places. Back then, second place was worth $700.Sure I get that, but did you make money on it?![]()
The beer gods smiled upon you!Looking through my bag of misc yeasts I found a couple packs of 34/70. Good thing there were a couple of them because I dropped the first one and it went all over the floor. So it got about one and a half packages. (Even had good dates).
