Krausen is down less than 24 hours after pitching, it is still venting Co2 though

Finished cleaning up from yesterday's brew session, cleaned some kegs, packed the sack of grain I bought into containers and did a little organizing

I like you erector set brewing cart!

Works great too. I built it 25 years ago after reading a book on how to build one. It's a simple gravity feed system with a pump to pump hot water to either the hot liquor tank or the mash tun, directed by a swiveling arm. I can roll it out of my brewhouse onto my covered patio for brewing year 'round. Dead simple and makes great beer.
