What are you doing with homebrew today?

That was a long trial then.

Or maybe he (@GFHomebrew) was convicted at trial, and served his sentence by now???
Sounds Fing Awesome yup my convict brewing sentence has been served and now I'm a free brewer able to conduct my hobby under my own name. :p

Joined Mar 30, 2016
I was a casual observer and not a member for a year or so before this and it all started out with what I thought was a trial run on the Brewersfriend brewing software the name got away on me and I've been a member ever since.

What caused me to join was loosing my best mate Tilly My Red Healer Catledog who went on many adventures with me.

So turned a new chapter without her a brewing chapter of sorts...

And now a new chapter in brewing a Gluten free one. .

Took Gravity samples on my two side by side beers of Zambies Q1 Belgian

Belgian is at 1.026. saison is at 1.002

Saison is finished and started at 1.059 96% attenuation or something over 7% woops.

I think I'll be dojg 50/50's with the Belgian on this one...

Will push a bit of head pressure on my kegmenter later today just for shits n giggle.

Man I'm glad I watched that YouTube video I can use this co2 for closed transfers without having to hook onto my co2 bottle.

More experimenting comming...

Nice one Ben!
That's what my pet bottles look like when I use them for excess beer :)
Didn't think of doing this just for CO2.

My first brewing was with bakers yeast

I'm trying to think up a recipe, using whatever I have.
The heat is back, so Voss will be the yeast oc choice
Thinking 50% pale ale, 50 % malted wheat.
Lemongrass, lime leaves and lime peel

Galena for bittering since I got it and then some noble hops at 15 minutes and 5 minutes
I got perle, saaz, select spalt, strissel spalt and tradition

No chill.

Hey was thinking if your going camping or on holidays this would be a great way of producing some carbonation co2 on demand...
