I don't drink while brewing either. It would just increase the chance I'll forget to check that a valve is closed or hops need to be added and decrease the chance I'll clean up afterwards.

3:30 would be ok if we ended at 6, but stating on 'til 8 got a bit rough.

I don't mind what time you US mob settle on but the time suits me perfect early morning here so doesn't mess with any plans I have for the day.

Nothing planed is usually a rare occasion and needs to be indulged apon.

I usually find myself standing in front of my brew kettle though if I'm bored for too long.
