One of the hops supplier is pushing this hops.
Alora™ is fascinating because it contains the same major hop oils as most hops, but in very different proportions, plus an unusually large amount of selinene, which is rarely a major player in hop chemistry.
They say : The result is a hop that smells fundamentally different from almost everything else on the market. Whatever that means. For our last batches of beers for this spring ( I know we are late), I like to try something, anything, like this hops Alora. Any input of style of beer /recipe? And/or have anyone used it?
