If You Opened A craft Brewery.

If it were just the beers that I like, regardless of what the public would want, I would have a Crisp Kolsch, an Oatmeal stout, and a Citrusy IPA. If it were to please the public, and not necessarily me, I would have a Cherry Sour, a Juicy NEIPA, and a Nut Brown Ale. For the public pleasers, they’d all have to have a great name as I think a lot of folks are attracted to a catchy name and forgive a beer for its flavors because it has a cool name.
 
I think I'd have to go with a coffee stout, an amber ale, and (as many others have stated, by necessity) something in the pale ale/IPA range.
