Solid work. I’m doing some low light practice tonight, so It’s a late Miller Time for me today. And I’ll bet that lager is still sitting at 1.014-1.015 when I get back

I’m celebrating your success with my Mexican Texas lager. It’s right in the flavor lane and will definitely get traction with the neighbors. Pics tomorrow and probably its own thread
- it’s hazier than Gen1 of the yeast - WLP940. There is only 1 difference. i did a small charge of citra up front and a bigger one at the end. I added 1-2 minutes on the 2nd hop. First gen. was crystal clear, this one is hazy. Not Hefe hazy but enough. I don’t think anyone but me is going to lose sleep over it but it’s got me wondering.
And yes, that Märzen is taunting me at 1.014. :-/

It’s whatever blows around and grows haha. There is some bluegrass in there though.
