Solid work. I’m doing some low light practice tonight, so It’s a late Miller Time for me today. And I’ll bet that lager is still sitting at 1.014-1.015 when I get back :mad:

I’m celebrating your success with my Mexican Texas lager. It’s right in the flavor lane and will definitely get traction with the neighbors. Pics tomorrow and probably its own thread
- it’s hazier than Gen1 of the yeast - WLP940. There is only 1 difference. i did a small charge of citra up front and a bigger one at the end. I added 1-2 minutes on the 2nd hop. First gen. was crystal clear, this one is hazy. Not Hefe hazy but enough. I don’t think anyone but me is going to lose sleep over it but it’s got me wondering.
And yes, that Märzen is taunting me at 1.014. :-/
