    I stopped in for road side ham n pineapple Woodfired pizza yesterday.
    Every time we're travelling that way we pull in for a pizza they do a rest stop mobile Woodford pizza gig the whole show is in wheels.

    Pizza is good not exceptional but beats cooking dinner!

    A friend of mine has started making woodfired pizza's commercially and he's doing a great job!
    Last I had was margarita with olives and extra garlic oil. Nice.

    Once out of the oven (uuni 3) olive oil infused with garlic, basil and a little chili

    Tonight was freestyle. No pic.
    Dough was still fine, actually nicer than last night.
    Topping: mozzarella at the bottom. Then chopped onion, garlic & fresh chili pepper. Topped with finely sliced bacon.
    Made a great bar snack ;)
