I'm sharing one of my favorites, created straight out of BF. This won a NC State Fair Ribbon, and has fast become the house beer.

Note the use of the ale yeast- 1056 finished out super clean, and almost lager-like in taste. It comes out very clear in the keg without a lot of finings, about as coppery in color as you can get.

I've also tried this with a dry yeast, and it came off with a bunch of weird estery flavors that point me back to a liquid 1056 with a good starter.

fyi, to appease the grammar nazis (no pun intended...no, really! :shock: ), you should add an "er" to the end of "Gnadevoll" ;)
