How do you argue with that logic!
I would highly recommend, if he would be obliging enough to grant you license, to Brew the Shady Bohemian.
This a long overdue rebrew for me, will definitely be getting back to this one in the next few months

Worked up a couple light porters that might satisfy the beach crowd...assuming that i am able to brew something other then my black lager in the summer.

I will look up a shady bohemian i have never heard of that style before.

It looks like shady bohemian(czech dark lager) and Schwarzbier are very similar. @Brew Cat

This is my standard Black lager that i have brewed a bunch of times. I am not sure where it would fall between the two styles????

The water is softer for one like most Bohemian styles probably use Saaz
But similar for sure
Probably need to taste them side by side
I had quite a few in Bohemia last fall
More of a roasty dark pilsner if I was to describe it

I'll bet you can make both and serve them side by side and let the customer decide

Very soft water profile, this was what I used in 29 liters of RO for Shady Bo, and the resulting profile

unfortunately i cant modify my water too much. im sort of stuck with balanced 1 for a salt profile.
