alcohol ban! need advice please

Hahaha. I'd say send them a picture and brag about it - but then they'd be knocking at your door asking for some and you 'd have none left for yourself! Keep good tasting notes and adjust your recipe to make it a bit less bitter next batch around :)
yep,you guys rock!
to thinka week ago i was disappointed with my first brew and now it tastes actually good,so the other 3 successive batches i made are gonna be even better,

Get use to it friend! A little knowledge gleaned here and there, you can make great beer every time!

Oh god, Black label?

You can bottle in a PET bottle to follow carbonation without having to open them.
I use 500 ml (ex) sprite bottles

Couldn't wait, day 3 of bottle carbonation ,screwd it open
Delicious, gonna finish the whole 2 liter today!
Thanks again.

That's what I've been waiting for! Sweet! Solid head and Looks tasty! - with enough time in the fridge it looks like it will drop pretty clear too. - I doubt it'll last long enough though,

The hops in the background look interesting too! -
Use in brewing
Dual purpose hop.
Complex blackcurrant, loganberry and spice notes best describe Endeavour’s aroma, with a wonderful grapefruit and lime flavour. It is gentler than Cascade.

A light hand with those looks like it would yield an interesting brew!

Brewing half ,letting that cool in fermenter, while other batch is boiling
Interesting approach! Let me know how it works out!
- Did you adjust your hop additions at all to try and make it less hoppy?

Then siphon second batch into current batch, wait till optimal temp and pitch 11 g of safale 33 yeast.
Sadly ran out of kveik

Is it a good idea to skim the top when foaming?

I added less hops in second batch,
Carling black label has mentally conditioned us South Africans that hops are not a good taste, lol

Ok,just tried a hybrid.
Did yeast starter of my last 5g kveik in 120ml wort at 37deg celcius and pitched it into my 19 liter wort while it was at 36deg cel.

Then prepared a safale 33 yeast starter at 21 deg ,6 grams.
Will pitch when wort reaches 20deg cel.
Too ambitious?

I don't think there was a real need... Typically with dry yeast folks don't make starters. One packet of dry yeast is usually fine for an ale at 1.050 or lower. Above that I often use two. If you want to get the most out of your dry yeast, try planning brew day for a day when you also bottle. Brew your beer, rack off the yeast cake and into your bottling bucket with you finished beer and then rack your cooled wort onto the yeast cake of your last beer.
