alcohol ban! need advice please

hi just a quick update
tried another one,carbed 6 days now,
flavor and smoothness much better,carbonation also.
This is beautiful!
cant wait for day 14.
if there are any left....

Prepare yourself....most of my beers get better as they age a little...just in time for me to drink the last one!

imagine the different flavorsi could boil into a beer,the selection is endless
i could replicate the crap "chocolate infused malt" they marketed, touted and flopped cause it was just a whiff when you opened it and thats it.
i could do it right.
i could brew a amstel lager clone and fine tune it ..
do you know i can actually taste the grains i added,and the hops,whoooo,i can definitely create a orchestra of liquidity that showers my throat with golden drops from heaven.
