Most recent pull of the Bunyip, this is on the basement windowsill, what you see through the beer is the BBQ on the left and the bird feeder in the middle. Pretty decent clarity, which is muddled a bit by the condensation on the glass.

My Bunyip kicked tonight too, my daughter was on the tap pouring, she got a full pour, and it kicked right at the end, spooked her a bit!

I've kicked hundreds of kegs between work and home and I jump EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's infuriating lol

Yup nothing worse than a Keg kicking at the top of a pour!

Ahhh, but it wasn't! It was crystal clear right to te last drop. Floating dip tube in the fermenter, and a good cold crash before transfer FTW!

As a bottler, I got to see the approach of the end of my Bunyip batch.
That was a good beer.

I definitely want to rebrew this mythical creature! I missed on my gravity as I didn't have enough basemalt to get conversion on my partial mash. It was my first brew in 1.5 years, and with new equipment and processes. It ended up being Bunyip Lite, but was very, very enjoyable!

Bunyip is not a high-gravity beer to begin with. My batch came out great, it will definitely go into the rotation.
