    Is there anywhere in the water profile where the pre-mash liquor pH is listed.

    I would like to measure the strike/sparge water pH before I brew and see how it compares to the calculated pH in Brewer's Friend. I see pH of mash with DI water and pH of mash but the pH of just the water isn't in the profile.

    Is there a limit for the number of steps you can add to the brew steps?

    I have added steps for my particular setup and it seems that the most I can have is 12 (in setup) but when I click on brew only 10 show up and the steps are not the first 10. They show up randomly each time I start a brew. Am I doing something wrong or is there a limit?
