I usually stir twice, at 15 and 30 minutes. The wheat channelizes, so much of the grain never gets to see enough wort. For biab, just lift it out, drain 30-40 seconds, ease it back in - presto.I did mash at 149, so we shall see what happens later. I am going to run this a little low temperature wise until the krausen starts to fall.
