What's your next brew

I will finally be stocked back up after the move to have 3 on tap. I made a larger than normal batches of each so I may be a month before I brew again. Probably use the pub slurry for my Brown Sound English Brown ale. I feel stupid not taking advantage of the winter garage temps for lager brewing so probably a few lagers after that.

Golden ale/session IPA with Mosaic and Citra this Sunday. Need to decide on a yeast still, if I use Lutra I'll probably have to pitch at 90F, but I would prefer getting it below 80

Maybe I'll try Nottingham for the first time. Anybody here a big Notty fan? I could also pick up US05 and BRY97 and brew the same thing 3 times back to back with different yeast. An expensive experiment but sounds worthwhile

For what it's worth I used it once recently in an English Pale, it turned out great

For a Hazy, WLP067 fermented at 70:)

Lol I don't brew hazys
You can always use your same hop additions and same recipe. I think that yeast is cool as hell, and it would definitely be an experiment even if a hazy isn't your thing.
I was just throwing it out there. You be you, girl:)

I had said that my next brew would be @Minbari 's Q3 2024 Sweet Stout, but my taps runeth dry, needed a quick turnaround, I brewed Cragunitas, my take on Lagunitas today. After brewing today though I made the 45 minute trip to my LHBS to pick up the malts that I don't keep on hand that the Sweet Stout calls for. The Sweet Stout is next

Although, in the interest of getting more beer on tap sooner, I might brew another IPA that I can rack onto the yeast cake from yesterday's brew. Then brew the stout which will need a solid 2 weeks in the fermenter

Excited to see what you think. It does take 2 weeks.

Looking forward to having this one on tap over the holidays!
Need to go back through other Q brews that I have missed for various reasons...

I have been using it a lot
its fast and it goes deep if you want something that finishes higher you will need to mash higher or maybe use something else
I would defiantly recommend trying it at least. It re pitches well

I've been quiet on the brewing side.
It went from extremely hot to very grey in no time. And that is not nice when you run on only solar.
Had to fiddle around and took 1 fridge totally out of commission, starlink only runs sporadically, charging of equipment only during the middle of the day.
No running of fermentation fridge.
I've not known it to be this grey for this long in the last 5 or 6 years
