2025 Q3 Community brew

This one is up next for me, in a few weeks! Aside from the Carapils, I have everything in stock. If I had a LHBS, I would go get the Carapils and stay true to the recipe. Alas, I don't have anywhere close to pick some up so leaving that out will be my only change. I'll just bump up the 2-Row a smidge, or not. Have to say, I'm looking forward to the consequences of that aggressive Dry Hop! :)

This looks good, but I agree there needs to be a category name change for this.
I just rebuilt my Golden Ale at the shop and it's next up to brew. I'm still on the fence as to go with and American, citrusy hops on the finish, mainly because of the name.
Currently it a classic example of the style.
I'm hoping to get this brewed at home.
Thanks @Sunfire96

Maybe some people would consider it a session IPA? Or a light pale ale? I'm not really sure. It has more body and maltiness than a low cal IPA, but the hops are in your face and it's plenty bitter
