JZ früh kolsch recipe

I let this go 1 day too long, damn you Tilt....
FG at 1.008 a bit to dry and a bit to strong....there is a TON of yeast in suspension....hydro sample is in my fridge crashing to see what clears...think I will crash it fro a few days, then rack to the keg and throw some gelatin at while it lagers.....
What's the hurry?

It's yeasty and cloudy because its still doing working on clean up.
Let the yeast do their job for another week or so.
Warm it up to ~70° now until kegging.

I can not thank you guys euff. I have kept the hydrosample in a glass and covered in the ferm fridge.
The difference is night and day, I am camping this weekend, when I get back I will crash the beer, rack to the keg and put it on gass and let it rest until labor day.

Ok, so it has been sitting until yesterday @70f, last night started the crashing process, and will fine it tomorrow, then transfer to a keg for carbing and a short lager, this beer has to travel to a music festival, so it will then be transfred into 2 or 3 SS growlers that I can serve out of.

I don't think you want Caravienna in there.
Also, if you want it a bit fruity, ferment it at 68°.
If you do, you won't need as much yeast.
But, that being said, it's your beer and what you have will work out fine.
Glad the last on work out to your liking.
Cheers,
Brian
