Mines pretty yummy funny thing I forgot I added them dates to it can't taste em that I know of.

Looks tasty bit of a mix on the chocolate malt too aye

My next batch is done FG is 1.016 leaving it warm atm until crash tomorrow musta spunded a tad early it's at 20psi ATM should almost naturally carbonate on the crash at that pressure.
Tastes similar to the last one in the sample yesterday.
I really liked pale chocolate for a few beers so I mixed them. Actually more “chocolate” in the taste

Awesome yup mine have turned out heaps chocolatey if anything I'm looking for just a tad more roast character in the flavour lol.

Maybe this bigger ABV mild will deliver that

Man if you can get chocolate rye give that a whirl it's gotta a crazy chocolate flavour I think.
Will have to have a few more to make sure on that observation though;)
 
Not tried choc rye. I like a touch of roasted barley in these types of beers as well. My Scottish 80 shilling for example which isn’t far off from this other than yeast and gravity
