Got some panels done over the weekend ready to go on one end panel

And
front cabinet door and rear door sitting on top.

Bit of a conundrum here peep anyone know if this can be done.

Will this cabinet hinge work if I use it here.
About 30mm in from edge of door or just over an inch?

It should have the clearance from that upright once hinged open. That upright isn't flush with the door frame over an inch clearance.

About where that red line is it'll be.
Yea or Nay ?
I can see it working in my mind but wanted to check before rebating that into the door and such ..

Hard to tell Ben. The door edge might collide with the frame.

Easy answer: two pieces of scrap, positioned same as the door and frame, with the hinge mounted in. If that works, the other will too.

Yup I was thinking that might be the case that that leading edge might catch.
Wanted to use these left over from kitchen mod.
Yup I'm gunna try the scrap first.

Looking good so far. Haven't made much progress on mine lol

I was thinking about making a air conditioner chiller, I have 2 in storage but found a site that just used a freezer with hoses lining the inside and a pump that might be easier for me lol

I'd like to make one but the cost is making me pause. I'd like even more to buy one, but that's even worse.

Some day...

For me it was my stuff up buying that kegmentor that doesn't fit in the freezer.

And it's a kill two birds with one stone job.
A missus can use freezer to store (some stuff)
B I get to have another cool project (pun not intended) and ferment and possibly chill kettle with glycol.

@Bubba Wade has a pretty cool glycol keezer idea As well.

@Trialben , I don’t think my setup is nearly as ambitious as yours.

For those who haven’t seen it, my keezer is dual purpose. Two 2.5 gallon kegs on one end a a chilled water reservoir and a submersible pump on the other. For the keezer, I used a $149 5-cu ft chest freezer from Walmart. It takes up very little space in my garage. I built this for the hot summers in Louisiana, but it still gets hot here in my retirement land of Arkansas.

I can't make heads or tails of that, lol.

If it is complex chiller, then why the 8 regulators?
duel purpose, the chiller lines wrap around the inside of the freezer then go outside into the conical, everything else is a big keezer for kegs

What do they say OWN YOUR Mistakes well that's what I'm trying to do here.

I had a colossal brain fart on the Ben's brew routing thing! I had my panel arse about and didnt think to double check I had the right orientation before routing it out:eek::eek::eek::oops:.

I'd say in brewing terms this would be on par with sticking your hand in your fermentor to mix your wort before pitching the yeast!

So here is the right orientation how it will go on the cabinet o_O yeah I know...

So in an attempt to make it look like "yeah I ment that lol" I'm gunna route in a bit of a beer mug logo thing I drew on inspired by pics online.

What do youse rekon?
Itll all be on black like the letters the beer tap is optional but I think it goes itll all be black outline as well.
Anyhow surely this mistake should cover A few for awhile:rolleyes:.

Doesn't look bad. But you have to live with it. If you don't like it, make it over. You do remember my $50+ mistake with the top on mine, lol.
