What are you doing with homebrew today?

That's awesome! I guess I'm more patient but that is quite neat.

Yes it is glass. Had it quite a while. No idea where it came from.
 
Monitoring temps/ice packs on two lager fermentations (eep! Whose idea was that?), and putting together a hop sampler 6 pack. I brewed 3 single hop pales w/ identical grain bills and hop schedules using Chinook, Simcoe, and Sterling. Once the Simcoe is carbed, I'll taste/compare/contrast, hopefully with some friends and additional palates.
 
Same here just making sure temp doesn’t get too hot. Been 4 days it’s clearing up and according to the tilt at least gravity hasn’t changed in a few days. Probably be ready to keg early next week.
 
Thinking about what to brew next Monday, when I will be home after our trip to Eugene. I might opt for a SMASH IPA, one where I can use Voss Kveik, given that it is supposed to be 80*F next week. Also hoping that a bottle of Janet’s Brown that I put in the fridge last Saturday might have cleared up a bit. The last bottle that I sampled was a hazy mess - we’ll see on Saturday, fingers crossed.
