The recipe looks very good and it will be my next brew.
What do you mean with "1 each"?
How can i convert it to grams?

Hi Nim, I hope you like it. After reading lots of books about traditional Saison beers, I designed by recipe to use numbers of fruits instead of grams of fruits. The recipe calls for the zest of 2 oranges & 2 lemons. These fruits do give a aftertaste, so the larger fruits you use the longer that taste will remain. Hope this helps. P.s. I tried 1 of each fruit originally but it was not strong enough so I changed it to 2.

Hello .. I want to make your recipe .. in the Mash the calculation is 3 to 1 of water? ... l PH of the water you controlled it ... you made three steps of Mash .. 55c..63c and 68c .. and then washed to 78 .. right?

Hi Gaggio, the mash is 4.464 kilos per lire of water. Yes that mash schedule is correct, but it is easier for me because the Braumeister has a built in RIMS (Recirculating Infusion Mash System.
