Notes

Sparge Technique: Pulled grain bag from keggle, dropped into different pot, and added sparge water. Grains sat in sparge water for 10 minutes and then added back to keggle.

*Dry hopped 20 grams of Amarillo pellets on 7th day just for kicks. I had it laying around and didn't want to throw it away. I don't expect to get much aroma out of such a small amount.

  • 1 month first taste: Delicious pale ale, not too hoppy. The amarillo hops really shined with wonderful grapefruit notes.
