Notes
Base recipe, minus the chocolate, is part of a parti-gyle, the second 1/2 runnings was used to make my amber waves of grain beer. This was the first runnings. After the first running I took 1/2 gallon and put into the second runnings. I Then added 1.8 gallons to the first runnings. It was About 4.5 ga Preboil @1057. I then steeped 1# chocolate in the first runnings wort for about 2hrs. Postboil was about 4ga @1067. I then Added 0.75ga filtered water which gave me an OG of 1056.
