What are you drinking right now?

First pour of the Hefeweitzen. For now, it tastes fine, maybe a bit young. But not 'off' so whatEVER that floating stuff was, (so far) I can't detect a problem. But time will tell.

Brown ale 3/4 Hybrid Ale 1/4 mixer

I'm prepping this bed for spring I've just let whatever will come up.

So saved some capsicums or peppers as you lot over there call em from amongst the weeds.

That and stinking Rodgers or marigolds they are great for pests and nematodes.

I'll put some hay over the paper bags just thought I'd try them as a weed blocker.
 
Love that yeast

It was your recommendation of that yeast that led me to try it Josh. I love the increased fruity esters and basically a fuller, all-around taste have sold me on this yeast. But, then again I need to brew this one again to verify my results aren't a fluke.
 
I had some craft beers over the weekend.
Met the guy who brewed them and he's a beer judge and brewer.
Slowly finding more like-minded people here.
He offered to critique my beers. That is, if I have any left by the time I come in his area ;)
Right now, having a speciale Belge and is starting to taste real good.
Hopefully I remember to take a picture of the next one I'll pour
