Hello,
There are to many recipes here, If someone can help me I will appreciate
I'm looking a recipe with this specification:

American pale ale
Alcohol: 4,5-5,5
Fermentation days: 6-10
Cooling-bright-carbonate days 0-6
No dry hoops in to it
Easy to execute
Not to many different gains
Cheap (price per liter cost)
Liters 250-400

Tia!!!!

This one has always been a big hit. I would recconmend Cluster or Cascade for hops(equal IBUs) for hops. I use this recipe as a "test run" for hops if I'm not sure what I'm working with. Simple, cheap to brew and consistent. You could scale it as needed, just keep the ibu values the same in the hops additions.

Simple APA= 95% 2 Row 5% C40. Hop to your liking (Cascade works well). S05. How much more complicated is up to your taste.

Seems easy but the hoops i thing is to much, or i making whrong converthions to grams..
Whats your opinion to this? https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/1113487/daves-ale

is correct or is something whrong with this recipe? it says 250gram hoops at 300Liters,

Bulin's recipe is using cones
Take the ibu value and use that value to work back what you need in pellets.

The Crystal 50 sounds close, this is what my LHBS has:
The also have C20, Crystal Medium (which is C60), and Crystal Dark (which is C90).

If you want a blond ale, you can remove the crystal malt and replace it with carapils/dextrine malt. But it will also change the flavor, of course.

If you don't want to dry hop, that's fine but it will be a different beer (not with the hoppy nose). Dryhopping is done post fermentation, and it's common to do. You cannot infect your beer by opening the fermenter- otherwise it would never come out, right? It doesn't stay in there for a lifetime, as you package it at some point too.

Might be late to the game, but this is an easy one I try to do in late August so it's ready to drink durring harvest. Crazy easy, crushable, real cheap ingredients, kinda hard to screw up. Easiest beer I brew I think. Hell you can even ferment it at really any temp you want using Kviek so long as it's at least standard room temp or higher.

It is difficult to infect fermented beer. The alcohol helps prevent it. Do not fear: try it.

I try pretty hard at infecting my beer No Chilling and leaving it in the Swimming pool most times I succeed .

Kviek is a high-temperature yeast. US-05 is a good choice for a pale ale, but it needs to be 68 or so (20 C) for fermentation. That Sierra Nevada clone recipe is pretty easy. The dry hop is also easy, if you can pour in yeast you can dry hop, just pour in the (25? 50? Grams) 3 or 4 days after the yeast.

Where are you located?
As both lallemand and mangrove jack voss kveik seem pretty easy to get?
