Notes
Fermented with Lalvin 71B. Steep hibiscus in 500 mL of 170 F water for 10 minutes, then add 500 mL room temp water. Steep in fridge overnight. Strain and dissolve honey in hibiscus tea and more water as needed. Ferment dry.
