Notes

USED CANE SUGAR!
Stupid Brewer's friend wont let me save 1.000FG goal
Kegged after ~2.5 weeks.
Slow ferment
One pack redstar champagne yeast
FG: -1.0P/.996FG
5.5% ABV
Added 200ml lemon juice (store), peel from one lemon, and one vanilla bean in tincture. Left for one day.
Transferred into serving keg with gelatin.
Still colorless, but hazy (pectin from peel?)
Good, taste, feels a bit sweet, like vanilla 7up. Next time more lemon juice and 1 vanilla bean for 20L.
Good first try.
