Notes

Mash temp 147. OG 17.8 brix - weirdly low efficiency (crush was not great probably.)

Added 1 oz Citra whole cones to keg.

FG 7.4 brix - 1.010

Fantastic - a (relatively) low ABV barlywine. The small amount of black patent adds a wonderful complexity. Ages great, actually this beer needs 4-5 weeks after kegging to reach perfection.
