Strike Water: Acidify to pH of 6.5 (use Sparge Acidification tab of Bru'n Water)

Session Notes
Initial pH was 5.1. Added 1.1g pickling lime. Increased pH to 5.22
Initial preboil gravity was 1.043. Added about 1 pounds DME. New Pre-boil gravity = 1.050
Whirlpooled at 175F
