First attempt at brewing a beer.

Just under 4kg of Venitan red LME, desolved in water and boiled for 10 minutes or so.

Hops added, 60 minutes with temp between 72-79 degrees. Hard to do with a non constant heat. Hops removed.

3L of water added post boil to bring volume up from 15L to 18L. Yeast added at approx 30 degrees and 27 degrees.

SPG was around 1.07 before dilution and ended up around 1.06. Sat at 1.05 for a long time before settling at 1.06 after cooling to 30 deg.

Don't Judge me for this pls, beer is hard and it's my first try.
