Notes

Pasteurized honey with 2 gallons water at 190 for 15 mins. Added pureed blackberries and pasteurized honey mix to carboy and topped off with water to 5.5 gallons. After 1 month racked onto smashed blackberries. After another month racked into 5 Gal carboy to bulk age. Plan to bottle after approx 5 mos. total.
