Notes

-2 Day Yeast Starter
-Saccharification at 131 degrees.
-Pull 6.45 quarts of Mash and heat to 209 degrees. Add back to Mash Tun and Mash for 60 minutes.
-Normal sparge until wort is pulled.
-Ferment 14 days at 55 degrees.
-2 Days Diacetyl rest.
-Lager 28 days at 34 degrees.
-Keg.
