Notes

Pumpkin Chai Ale - wanted to make sure I got this one right. I decided to add the Chai tea bags straight to the boil w/ 5 min left; the flavor is certainly present and noticeable at the end. The wife said it was delicious & had an effervescent quality. Carbonation was right were I had intended... honestly it is delicious.
