Notes
- Mashed in at 150, but lost down to 148 by 40 min; too fermentable? maybe a little to alcoholic for 70/-?
- 1st mash runnings at 16.9 brix
- Hit pre-boil volume without top off at 1032
- 3rd pitch of 1056 ~200ml
- Carbonation level is amped for competition, for ordinary serving, psi around 12-14psi at 40F would be better.
