Boil 45 min w/Nortern Brewer, add Kent Goldings for 15 more, whirlock tablet 5 more minutes. 16 gallons after boil, 15 into fermenter. Yeast and starter added at 1/2 fill, set fermenter to 68 degrees. Activity within 2 hours, vigorous after 8.
