Carapils for foam stability. 1-step decoction mash. Infuse to121-3F,hold 15 min. Infuse boiling to 144-6F, hold 40 min. Pull 1/3 decoction, heat to 160F, hold 15 min, raise to boil. Return to get 158F, hold 20 min. Infuse/sparge 180 to get 175F end of sparge. Recirc 10 min, collect in boiler.
