the amount of Pilsen malt might be corrected in case we don't have enough - in that case, i'll update recipe with a needed amount of oat flakes.

The malt will be mashed in cotton bags so we don't have to filter. After mashing, we will proceed with simple lautering in 75 degrees C before boiling.

juniper berries and orange peel added to boil foe seasoning - adding both to aroma and bitterness. For this reason the amount of hops is smaller than it would be otherwise.
