Malte moído na noite anterior
Preparado equipamentos com água lavagem noite anterior
adicionado água lavagem Ácido lático , magnésio, Calcio, sal e
Colocado 100L água na tina mostura 4L por Kg malte
PH : 5,7 mostura
Mandado para fervura 11.8 da régua = 124L
Ferveu por 20 minutos sem adição de lúpulo.
Após add lúpulo 1o estágio e segue receita acima.
Brix antes fervura : 11.1 PH:5,7
Pós Fervura , ficaram 105L Brix 14.3 SG : 1.059 Minati PH:5,7
*** poderia ter mandado 130L para a Fervura 12,5 da régua
Na fermentação foi adicionado nutrientes levedura Spring Ferm Br2 5g para cada hectolitro (100L)
