Notes

2# DME, add water to 1.6 gallons. Heat until boil just begins. Turn off burner. Add hops and stir. Cover for a 20 minute hop stand. Cool to < 70°F. Transfer to a fermenting vessel and add 5.5 g of US 05. Ferment 10+ days. Transfer to keg. Boil 1.5 oz sugar in 1 cup water. Add to keg, stir and bottle.
